Links related to my Mitchell family relatives
Nora Vickers Mitchell, my grandmother, is mentioned here.
She passed away in January, 1975. She was an antique collector and
dealer and managed estate sales. She was prominent in the Bartlesville
community, especially in the Oklahoma Historical Society
and the First Methodist Church.
Orville A. Mitchell, my grandfather, an employee of Phillips Petroleum
in Bartlesville, and then an independent oil producer until he died
in the summer of 1970 while visiting us in Bethesda, MD.
Captain Jay A. Mitchell, my uncle, born December 30, 1939,
killed in action in Vietnam on May 12, 1967.
